I see this as being the order. The scabbards aside from Izou who time jumped should be defeated first.

1.Okiku
2.Izou(Tries to save his brother. Maybe blinded by Rage)
3.Raizou(Seems likely to be one of the first to be beaten)
4.Kawamatsu(Already Injured)

Now to the strongest scabbards

5.Inu & Neko(Sulong Runs out. Defeated at the same time)
6.Ashura Doji(The Old Strongest Scabbard)
7. Denjiro & Kinemon(They should be defeated at the same time. They are the first retainers of Oden. Kinemon will probably end up being defeated early on but through sheer will stands back up.)
