How did we put X-Drake in the terms of 2nd strongest and 3rd strongest?

The Marco vs Linlin clash seems to be going on for some time.
It most likely started here, back in chapter 992
Enough times has passed that Peros could get up above his initial position from next to Mama
to above ground
Linlin and Perospero seemed to have planned the assault on Marco, as each knew what they need to do, Linlin grabbing hold of Marco and Perospero having an arrow ready, and Linlin instructing him to do it and Peros noting he employed Mama's help
So it's a confirmed 2 on 1 against Marco.
As for the clash.
Marco matched Linlin's elemental attack head on causing destruction, with Linlin having access to all of her 3 homies
Destroyed her weapon
Prompting Linlin to double team him with her son
however, due to the interference of the sulong minks and them neutralizing Peros
Linlin decided to flee the scene
Due to the fan translation some people said she left for a more worthy adversary, however the Viz cleared it up. She didn't want the smoke and after having her advantage of another combatant on her side being neutralized she ran away because she, in her own words, could not deal with Marco now because she didn't have the soul weapons necessary to do it.
To draw a conclusion

> Marco destroys one of her weapons
> Linlin uses her son to help her take care of Marco

From the paneling and the statements he makes, this is what I get from the scene.
1. Queen remarks about drake turning coat
2. He then looks down at Zoro's bounty poster and puts a name to the face
3. Makes a comment about taking out the 2s and 3s
4. He then shuffles the bounty papers around to sanji's poster
5. Makes his remark about sanji
Anyway, his statement is vague regardless of the translation it seems lol

In case you're curious, the Spanish official translation of Queen's words are actually closer to the first ones and quite differente from the official in English. Roughly translated, he says this:

Ok, as a native English speaker let me say, first impression when reading the Viz translation is that he's talking about Zoro when he says 'Number twos and threes'(this is in plural anyway, so isn't limited to him), and because Queen says the following words (bolded): "And they've got Judge's son among their crew too..." it gives the impression Queen moves onto a seperate topic about Vinsmoke Judge and his son (Sanji).
Note: This of course is an English translation based off Stephen's interpretation, and the same aspects may not be present in the Japanese text. But Stephen is reliable and so the Japanese may indeed imply this as well.

In Meme's defense, it's not just her who cant get rid of Marco, nobody can do it.
In the whole OP universe, Marco is probably the hardest guy to put down.
Everyone else would go down from one clean slice, except Marco.
However, she looked very pathetic regardless, neither did she overpower him in the exchange and she also asked the candy licker to shoot Marco for her... A Yonko asking someone inferior to her to get rid of somebody inferior...
Also, when Sanjino is in question, never bet on him. Unless we are counting backwards, then two's and three's could be in his favor.

@Akuma_Law what did you said ? i used google trad ? Seems like Viz uses the same thing 
Queen doesn't know Law is there no ? And from queen's pov, drake was part of his crew and a T6, so it's understandable to give him more credits^^
Drake being the 3rd strongest fight is weird cus Queen know marco kid and law is there unless oda think drake>>> better than them
