Zoro's bounty picture is literally underneath Sanji's. And Sanji has the higher bounty. Why would Queen think Zoro is stronger ?

Its honestly weird when people like you go around parading these sort of arguments. Zoro has never been portrayed as anything less than 2nd under Luffy, ever in this manga.
Zoro has been confused multiple times for being the Strawhat captain or even commented about how could his captain even keep him a subordinate. No comment has been made about Sanji this way (and thats okay, hes the chef)
Sanji fought Mr. 2, Zoro fought Mr. 1.
Sanji fought no one in Skypiea, Zoro fought Ohm, the 2nd strongest under Enel
Sanji fought Jabra, who has a lesser douriki than Kaku, Zoro's opponent and the 2nd strongest in CP9
Zoro fought Pica, who was probably the most devastating subordinate under Doflamingo, and Sanji wasn't part of most of the Arc.
Sanji didn't get a fight at WCI
Now we are in Wano and Queen, while mentioning Zoro's name first, THEN mentioning taking out the 2nd and 3rd best fighters in Luffys crew, THEN mentioning Sanji and his Vinsmoke name, you continue to act like Queen isn't going to fixate on Sanji cause of Germa.
Queen is like Mr. 2 and Jabra in this instance. He has a rivalry with his companion who is ever so slightly stronger than him. I dont even know what the problem is, Sanji and Zoro are fucking really close in strength, anyone with a brain wouldn't deny that, but right now its super clear Queen has a fixation on Sanji.
Just dont be surprised when Oda does the most characteristic thing he has done virtually every major arc and give Zoro a major fight against the 2nd in command, while giving Sanji one against the VERY CLOSE, 3rd in command.
Thats a fucking honor. Queen is putting them above Jinbe, so is Oda purely through his writing.
