Luffy can't waste energy on Ulti and Pageone. Even against Gifters Jinbe and Sanji need to help him so he don't losing much power. And yet he didn't even encounter Queen,King and WsW who also could take stamina of Luffy. Everyone want to reach Kinemon and in the end Luffy will be the only one because everyone will stop any opponent who is in the way of Luffy. Usopp and Nami already do it with Pageone and Ulti.
