Well is Sanji interested in King? no.

Is Zoro interested in Queen? no.

So at the very least Queen is interested in Sanji. Thats literally the only explicit interest anyone has outside of "fight kaido"

Queen isnt interested in Sanji. Only that he is a Vinsmoke. That doesnt give him any reason to want to fight him....just be interested in him.

- So Im thinking Queen may give us some Germa backstory to set up for Germa to comeback this arc, help with the fight against the Beast Pirates and possibly fight Queen.

Anime episode where Zoro fought Kyoshiro Queen did show interest in "Zorojuro"
