Before, after, kaido will always be above akainu.And never the other way around.

I do feel wano is like story with in the story. Oden is main character of the wano flashback it was resonable to show him powerful as kaido.
I have no idea how World Govt could not bring kaido down with 3 admirals and a fleet admiral makes no sense.
It's all gibberish storyline which starts with oden. We can say kaido was General level fighter back then and right now he is sort of divine God.
