Chopper uses this chance to create antidote. Marco offers to take the Mugiwara Pirates to Onigashima's roof. The yakuzas will help to protect Chopper from Kaidou's men while he makes medicine.

I don't know if Luffy is using sarcasm. Luffy is rarely sarcastic. Remember that even with FS, Katakuri couldn't sense Flampe. FS is only for direct 1v1 confrontations. Sanji is reasonably more proficient in sensing than Luffy. Or at least sensing women.

Leading capabilities, intelligence which Zoro lacks plenty of and ability to make people follow him, which are some of the requirements for CoC. Zoro has other requirements such as ambition, power etc. You don’t need to have all of the qualities to unlock it, but have some of them at the same time. Moreover, none of the requirements are more important than others.

Marco using his flames to heal, but seems like he can only slow down the virus and not annilhate it so Chopper has officially his role: he will stay on the main stage and prepare the vaccine.
Still not clear if Apoo was back up cause of Marco or just for his resistence (official translations should clear this) btw Drake took care of it and he says that will stay on the main stage as main force: kudos for him

As for the Yamato/Ace thing, doubt that Ace actually fought Kaido, the dragon statue seems half melted so imo it was one of his hot headed moments, but never met Kaido probably... we'll see (hope there's no flashback )
