Marco's healing has small effect on peps, the Samurai force wasn't hurt that much, but the fact that Apoo still trembling to stand up means that Zoro fucks him up real bad.
It's like saying Katakuri didn't fuck Luffy up that much because Chopper patched him up and he was still standing at the end

Marco’s df doesn’t instantly heal others only himself. When applied externally the effects are a lot slower but they do accelerate the process so there will still be present injury its enough to say it affected apoo enough for him to be able to get up but not enough to take away the injuries entirely. Thats why he was struggling to move despite regaining consciousness
