I didn't like how easily Luffy went from almost losing against Cracker (or better say losing since Nami's help was necessary) to basically defeat a guy much stronger than that when Luffy was practically still the same as ever.
Snakeman was the key but I would wonder why he never used it in his fight against Cracker... at least to try to develop some new strategy... he only came up with the Snakeman idea once he fought Katakuri?

Cracker and Katakuri during Whole Cake Island arc, no need to explain further since I and others have already talked so much why and how it was so plot-armored for Luffy.
Magellan wasn't defeated by Luffy and his allies but he should have been able of defeating Luffy much quicker than he did in their first fight and to not be that bothered by Champion Luffy even without using Venom Denom. Him releasing a madman like Shiryu was also convenient to make things even worse for him and to allow Blackbeard and his crew to survive and later beat him with the other Lvl 6 convincts.

The CP9 considering how easely the Straw Hats were defeated at W7 even with the Robin issue, and how Sanji went from being dominated by Blueno to beating Jabra and that Kalifa had perfectly the means to beat Nami in less than 5 seconds.

Doflamingo and Katakuri come to mind. Not sure if this one counts, but the most egregious one may be the Meme Team. The SHs escaping them at WCI was total bullshit and Oda had to have the plot bend over backwards for them. Meme falling for a fake seaweed haired skeleton, Perospero not shooting the Vinsmokes even after Katakuri told them to do their job, Smoothie and Compote vanishing into thin air, Katakuri not getting the idea to destroy the Sunny until AFTER he was off it, Meme constantly getting humiliated during the Great Cake Chase, the fucking awful copout with the Sunny at the end, etc.
To this day I still don't understand why the fuck Enel took so much damage from that golden bell
It shouldn't have been able to hit him.
Only Luffy's fist shoudl have connected with his head, not the golden bell itself, Luffy's DF only made Enel tangible for HIMSELF, it didn't cancel out Enel's intangibility as a whole
