Neither did Brook. Quite often, Oda shafts specific Straw Hats because there's not enough people to go around.

in a anime like this, if someone fainted it will surely get highlighted during and after the scene. Zoro fainted was shown from closing his eyes, to him being awake and explaining what lead to that scene, sanji on the otherhand was shown getting up then proceed praising the suit, only shown he didnt get any dmg interal dmg, sucks to be the one who want to convince others even though the latter really shown an opposite.
