  • Wanda stopping Carrot from turning into the Hulk. The world is safe another day.
  • Marco must be so grateful Perospero can't shoot without first delivering an obnoxiously long monologue.:suresure:

  • Carrot and Wanda seeing Pedro's Dawn is powerful imagery, but that kills the Sulong!:catsweat:
  • Big Mom really did abandon Perospero to Marco and the Sulongs.:kobeha:

  • Can't say Usopp didn't deserve that one.
  • Blue flames for Makami Yamato? Yo dawg we heard you like Marco, so we put pineapple on your pineapple.:phoenixmarco:

  • Yamato getting Bartolomeo eyes for Franky is adorable. Since Iron Franky is on the bounty poster, she must have no idea there's a little man inside.

  • I like the contrast between Hacha's club recklessly destroying the floor VS Yamato's arrow concentrating her swing to a precise point.
Pretty good episode. Art and animation above average, strong OST selection. Nice to see the anime make a meal out of Carrot and Wanda. Wanda doesn't just feel like a tag-along and plays a little role in helping calm Carrot down, reminding the viewers she's also connected to Pedro with a more mature take on his death and cause that Carrot later echoes. Great VA work by Carrot expressing a wide range of emotions and Sulong Carrot on top of it. I only wish Sulong hair was less glowy like back in WCI.

The Tama portion did a lovely job using comedy to fill in the missing manga scene. Yamato's was peppered with interesting low angles and spacious shots of the massive hallways where giants like Franky and Hacha go all out, the highlights of course were Yamato's character acting, the transformation tease and Narikabura arrow. Cheeky how Momo and Yamato see the same image of the dawn to the tie the two episode halves together.
