Then why is episode 1046 the one called wings taking stage? Unless 1045 won't end with Sanji and Zoro attacking King & Queen, which would be weird episode.

Yeah, its not adapting the full chapter. To compensate, there is probably going to be lots of well animated extensions. Bruh, I can't believe Raizo vs earlobes is going to be well animated lol. Their fight will be legendary.

To think none of this would’ve happened if Sanji didn’t call for help. Black Maria probably would’ve gotten defeated by a scabbard or something otherwise.

So Robin has Fishman Karate and Dragon Claw Fist, isn't DCF haki? Viz and Toei shitting on Sanji together. First that Number 2 and Number 4 post and now being paralleled with Killer for Kid and Sanji for Zoro in the next ep preview.

-Lot's of flashbacks, but, they were well integrated into the episode. Black Maria was attacking Robin's greatness weakness: the feeling that she's cursed, and her presence causes suffering around her.

-Really like Brook's moments in the fight, Toei did a good job making him feel like legitimate support here.

-A bit slow, and some aura BS, but, overall, REALLY well animated. Black Maria's attacks being shown as Japanese words before occurring was really cool.

-Demonio Fleur was amazing, they made it very terrifying and bestial. It's cool how Robin has gone from rejecting her title and being ashamed of it, to watching to be a Demon that terrifies the Straw Hat's enemies.

-Great overall job of showing who Robin is as a character, and having her overcome that trauma.

-Can't wait to see ripe Momo. Come on, Shinobu, make that shogun nice and ripe! Ugh. UGHHHHHHHHHHHH.

So not haki? Obviously expected but a bit of a shame

That just means Robin will be top tier when she does get Haki!

Pretty great episode. A lot of flashback was used for padding but applied in a way that hyped her big moment even more so it was fine, Maria didnt went down as pathetic as she did in the manga and demonio fleur looks great. But Shida's wobbly animation still annoys me

1045 could end on Neku attacking Perospero and Marco attacking King, Since It seems the next episode is about Sanji being alone protecting Zoro from threats.

And then 1046 You basically have an Episode dedicated to Zoro & Sanji Vs King & Queen.

I don't think you've fully grasped how much content there is to cover in Chapter 1022. There's 3 fights in the chapter Killer Vs Hawkins, Raise vs Fuku, and the off screened Sanji Vs King and Queen content.
