One Piece Episode 1069 - There is Only One Winner - Luffy vs. Kaidou

In the Manga 1042 was the best fight chapter so this episode is a mix of emotions for me. This episode would be considered Phenomenal before the Wano era. But in the context of Wano I feel like this passes for Good. Not Great I’m guessing gear 5 is when they’ll put their hearts into Luffy Vs Kaido for an entire episode.
Pre-Wano, this episode would have probably been lauded as better than Gear 4th's debut or something like that(I would say this episode is definitely a lote more ambitous and a bit more polished than 726), but by current standards, its just a fairly "solid" episode.
And yeah, this episode does feel a bit rough around the edges despite me thinking it has a really great storyboard. Considering the level of polish and movement we've seen from other episodes, this episode definitely seems like it wasn't the first priority for the production.
Its also likely a matter of there being so many big episodes back to back.
Even the B episodes of this batch have had some really strong stuff. Like, I think 1060, 1064, 1065, 1068 and 1069 still have a lot of cool moments and things going on animation and storyboard wise despite being placed between gigantic animation packed episodes like 1061, 1062 and 1066.
