Everything Hachinosu established was that Garp is a fraud as his fake title suggests.

It's funny how critical this community is of Mihawk and WB's title when it's canon and from the narrator, but Garps objectively fraudulent title of Hero that he got because of the Roger pirates, and his "rivalry" with Roger get no such skepticism.

Also, I'd actually say the anime gives Kaido some saving grace this episode through a small clarification.

Against Kaido he used Hydra.

Against Kizaru he used Black Mamba.

I'm pretty sure Hydra is the stronger version of Black Mamba.

Other than that, this was a very low priority episode. THE STAFF LIST IS LIKE 5 PEOPLE.

This is the whole ass staff list.

And one fourth of the key animators on this episode is famously one of the ugliest animators on the series.

Considering her brief the fight was, you only really notice it for one single panel that he is returning fire. The other panel doesn't make it look like he is returning fire.

Its typical Oda shit type action.

Yeah, but its unclear how they are being used. Again, I don't think the choreography in those panels is good in the slightest.
