What is Warcury going to do when this comes charging at him? The size of an island, loaded with ACoC, capable of killing him—he’ll just start roaring and praying. 
We saw that the old tin can of a robot managed to cause more damage to Warcury with a physical strike. Luffy would just need to increase the size of the attack—I highly doubt that the punch from that old tin can was stronger than Dressrosa’s non-AD-HAKI KKG version.
Warcury is just material for an OKG that Kaidou eats for breakfast, man. One OKG with Ryou is enough.
I’m only explaining this so you understand that Kaidou doesn’t even need to resort to his flame dragon against Warcury. For none of the Gorosei would he need to use that—not for Saturn, not for Kizaru, not for Warcury, none of them. All of Kaidou’s drunk hybrid attacks are enough. The Destroyer of Death is taking down most of these top tiers easily.

Didn't realize Kaido can make fire attacks almost as big as Ace's
People think Warcury is more durable than Kaidou, even though Warcury was brutally struck by a physical attack that broke one of his tusks and made him spit blood.

Emeth had great physical strength which was enough to break it, for Kaido you need a way to internally damage him, otherwise the best you're going to do is annoy him.
If you think hakiless attacks are enough to defeat Kaido, then you missed the whole point of Luffy working on his haki.
Emeth sucks btw, guy is just a big slow metal brute, he only has great physical strength, but we know that's not enough to carry you in the new world.
1.Luffy felt how hard Full Zoan Warcury's skin is, which means he probably trolled like usual and used only the bare minimum armament haki, after all he wouldn't even have to touch him with ACOA.
2.Kaido was in base form completely not caring and the best Luffy could do is draw blood which Kaido shrugged off.

Either the regions with black marks on Warcury’s body are more durable than the other non-black regions, or we can simply deduce that Luffy’s punch didn’t have ACOA and his AP was too weak to cause any damage with raw attack power alone, without ACOA.
Because Kaidou doesn’t take damage from physical blows no matter the strength behind them — even BG crashing down on Kaidou would be useless without internal destruction and ACoC. However, BG without any type of advanced Haki would still harm Warcury.
BG has much higher attack power than that, the gap is huge. Even with just basic Haki he would already be able to harm Warcury — to be honest, even without basic Haki he could, given the fact that Emeth managed to.
