BM is so strong its stupid so Oda had to make her stupid to make up for her stupid strength.
I truely came to like BM. she is certainly not what you expect in a villain and that is what makes her good imo.
if I wanted to read bland villains and stoic interactions I would not have gotten into One Piece in the first place.
