Yep, even if some would call Hyogoro’s followers “fodder” for not being strong enough like “true yakuza,” I still commend them for trying to rescue their boss.

I like that Toei put in perspective just how terrifying Kaido's Zooan form is for the ones who downplay it. That magnitude is just insane.

Zooan might not be the best form for a 1 v. 1, but in terms of destructive power it's certainly the greatest, especially in a war setting.

I'd go as far as to say they are the best regular director on the show at this point. They were good before Wano, but their Wano stuff is on another level.

Regardless of what the manga shows different, I’m still willing to believe that Moria was more threatening back then compared to now, because of how he resorted to using swords less and relied on his shadows more.

Well, it was an artistic way of showing a massacre without needing to animate the people afterwards. Its very "artistic" and was pleasant. And they do intersperse it with some blood.
