Toei fillers are really good this arc. Loved the little military mini arc for Usopp and Chopper against the little army with cannons and stuff.

Oh yeah, the chapter confirmed that Sasaki was restrained with sea prism stone. That was a detail not in the manga.

Also, the comedy and storyboard were on point this episode.
