Sorta. With the "Symbol Magic" we were talking about before, I personally see that as a sort of "programming language". A way to "hack reality". It would be the remnants of ancient technology from the Anicent Kingdom (or the First World). Technology advanced enough to alter reality, and probably part of the process that created the Devil Fruits. Technology advanced enough to bring parts of different branching timeline possibilities into the current time...and then turn them into Fruit. So that people could experience every possible choice before committing to any single future. Devil Fruits would be a way to "test drive" potential futures. "Symbol Magic" would basically be like...commands you would give to a AI? It'd be like "talking" to Siri or Alexa, just with different symbols instead of verbal commands. Like keyboard shortcuts for reality.
The Ancient Dragons would basically be the power source for this ancient technology. Their "inner fire" (which are perhaps literally their souls or at least their "dream energy") would be the fuel that would power this Ancient Technology. The Dragon race would be the original source for the Mother Flame and the Forbidden Sun. Note that we KNOW that Vegapunk was also researching Dragons, on Punk Hazard with Dragon Number 13 and his work trying to clone the Dragon Fruit. His Mother Flame innovations could be related to his Dragon research. The Dragons could probably alter reality with their "inner fire" alone. Humans would need technology in order to achieve the same thing that the Dragons could do naturally. Which is why they were likely imprisoned in the center of the planet and frozen. The Dragons were too much of a natural threat to the Humans who needed technology to emulate what the Dragons could do, so the Humans betrayed and imprisoned them. Thus explaining why the Underworld is linked with ice powers, such as V Nusjuro's and Brook's attacks.
Um...go over here if you want to hear more about what we're talking about. I'll admit all my theories may have gotten very complicated.

As for this "wishing well" theory...I actually could see this being more or less the case. I think it could be along the right lines, with a few adjustments. I do think we're going to find out the origin of the Devil Fruits one way or another. So, that's probably going to involve going to someplace where they were originally developed. Which is probably somewhere near the center of the planet. So, we could very literally go down a "wishing well"...by falling into one of those holes in the ocean that seem to be popping up all over the place. Landing the Strawhats right smack dab in the middle of the "Underworld".
I'll admit, I'm a little wishy-washy about what the One Piece Treasure will actually end up being. Because I feel like we're still missing so many pieces of the puzzle, even after all this time. Oda could go any number of ways with the story still. So, I see a lot of possibilities. But, there's probably quite a few twists we haven't seen coming, yet.
I do think Bink's Sake will end up playing a part in all of this somehow. Either as the "primordial ooze" that created the Devil Fruits, similar to how SAD chemicals are needed to make SMILE Fruits. Or as a drink to help apologize to the Dragons for being wrongfully imprisoned for thousands of years. Or as literal rocket fuel to help us get to the Moon(s). Or as a person literally named Binks who happens to have the Sake-Sake Devil Fruit, just so we have someone who used to exist all the way in the past who's able to tell us the truth of history once and for all. Or maybe all the above. Or none of the above. Who knows?
I don't know if the "wishing well" itself is actually going to be the One Piece Treasure, though. Because I could see that getting more...complicated. Plus, a "wishing well" that can create Devil Fruits...is kind of a worthless treasure to Luffy, when you stop and think about it. Since he probably can't eat another one. And most of his crew aren't interested in eating any more than they already have. As much as WE, the audience, want to learn about the history of the World, Luffy really isn't interesting in that kind of thing at all. So, I don't know if that would make for a good "reward" for the Strawhats finally reaching the end of their journey. Ideally, the One Piece Treasure should be something the Strawhats would be excited to get.
But, I will admit, the center of the planet seems to hold a lot of potential for being the endpoint for a lot of the Strawhat's dreams. We know that there seems to be a LOT more holes in the ocean than we originally expected. And if ALL those holes are really ALL over the world...that means water from every sea is already mixing together at the center of the planet...which would be Sanji's All Blue. And if the various diseases from around the world are really linked to something happening underground, like I expect they are due to things like Amber Lead and Tree Fever...that could lead Chopper to finding his Panacea from studying where all those diseases are coming from and why they're happening in the first place. If Nami really wants to make a map of the ENTIRE world...and if there really is another layer to this world beneath the surface of the planet...Nami going to the Underworld to map it out would be the only way for her to complete her Map of the World. And going down to where everything originated...would help Robin find out about the True History of the World. Not everyone's dreams are linked to going to the Underworld, but enough of them are that I could see it happening. And we can still give Zoro something to cut and Usopp something to snipe down there.
But, as for the One Piece Treasure, itself? I'm personally leaning towards it being some sort of Haki Knot. Like what we saw Emet pull at Egghead. Another name for the One Piece is "The Great Hito-Tsunagi Treasure". With "Hito-Tsunagi" actually being translatable in a few different ways. But, one way is "the rope linking all men". So, I think that's going to be a big piece of the puzzle. More about that over here:

https://onepiece.fandom.com/wiki/One_Piece#Translation_and_Dub_Issues
As for what the Haki Knot would actually do? It's hard to say. But, I have a feeling that cutting it (HEY, there's something for Zoro to do!), would lead to the Dragons being freed from their frozen prison underground. It feels like Oda's been hinting at a big CHOICE coming soon. A choice that will lead the Strawhats to a "good" or "bad" timeline, depending on what they choose, if you've noticed those SBS questions. I think the CHOICE will end up whether or not to free the Dragons. Do you free someone who was wrongfully imprisoned, even if doing so will likely cause them to kill everyone you know and love in revenge? I think a question along those lines is what the Strawhats will be faced with, once they reach Laugh Tale.
It's also possible that this Haki Knot could be sealing away some sort of Demon King like Tot Musica from Film Red. Much like how ropes and knots are used to seal demons away in Japan, like with the Sessho-Seki or Shimenawa ropes. And for more on my thoughts about Demon Kings and how they relate to Devil Fruits and Gods, you can read more at the two posts here:

So, I don't think the "wishing well" itself will end up being the One Piece Treasure. But, I think we will end up seeing this "wishing well". And it could play a big part in the endgame.
...Of course, I've been pretty consistently WRONG with my predictions about where the story has been headed. Nearly every time. So...take all this with a grain of salt. I don't know how right I actually will end up being. But, hopefully, it's at least entertaining to read about.
