I disagree with your prediction Baratie would be too short. Maybe we see Arlong and his gang at end of an episode. That way Baratie is 3 ep and Arlong Park is 3 episodes.
2 episodes would be too short for Baratie. It needs at least 3.
Also i dont think only Romance dawn will be in the first episode. Romance dawn is 3 chapters at least take shells town for the first episode.
