It is probably less about peace and more about order.

Mihawk sensed troubles will come for him. That's why I'm saying it's best time for Oda to display his skills.

In fact, Oda's best time to display it after Wano war is over, and we see Zoro's strongest level he reached when he goes all out, and THEN Oda shows cases Mihawk's level right after Wano.
I think that would be the best, cause we will be able to measure the difference Zoro needs to progress AFTER wano to be able to to reach Mihawk's level.

I truly want the navy to be cautious with him and send an admiral for real though. I honestly cannot see how the navy would think of sending ANYONE below admiral for him. Even veteran vice admirals like Momonga would get fucked. Like, what would be the point of sending troops for their demise? either you save your forces, or you send someone who's got a chance!

Also, regarding Weevle, could that be Marco's reason to leave WB hometown and head for Luffy? because he somehow will figure out that Weevle is too busy with marines than going after him?

Or maybe Marco could head out to help Weevil and mend the rift that exists between them. I honestly don't see Marco coming to Wano.

They alone send over 7-10 battle ships after Mihawks ass. Probably every ship has one viceadmiral and they even have the weapons. Would be nice to see Mihawk stomping them even with the new weapon of Vegapunk to show the different between Top tiers and high class weapons.

That's has nothing to do with him being still part of WG and covering up for them.

Alabasta incident took place at Reverie and Garp should be aware of that yet he is covering up here
