Luffy's numbers are 5 and 6. Since Roger had 5,500,000,000 bellies, I am guessing Luffy will have 5,600,000,000 bellies as the final bounty.

Haki control seems to be the key to have the power , that is why Shanks is a Yonko and Rayleigh is Top tier , that is why the marines killed Ace before he is able to control his powers . DFs are just decoration and help . BB has the lowest bonuty among the Yonko while he has 2 DFs the strongest in their kind . Luffy's haki is what they fear , and that tells me the Dragon is a haki monster. he might have a DF but it is not what make the WG fear him.

Luffy's number is 56-Katakuri's bounty is 1.57 billion so that he's one digit,57, above 56 since he's better than Luffy even on his bounty... When Garp teamed up with Roger, he was actually a bounty hunter. This fight is how he was recognised and picked up by the marines. Roger and Garp were VERY young at this point, and it was long before Roger would become PK.
