He might have a pre and post timeskip outift. Quite a few characters did in the past games

... but you'll be paying extra for it as dlc.

Well based on that trailer Kinemon and Perospero are in it, just don’t know if they’re playable yet. Hope both are, Kin has really grown on me in Wano (although doesn’t really have a distinct fighting style) and Perospero’s got a nice distinct move set

Yes you saw right. Hawkins is a better version of Fujitora, and he isn't even trying lmao. Hawkins is easily Admiral level.
