7-9. As a saga, Dressrosa - WCI - Wano are all at the same level for me. I have Wano>WCI individually as arcs, but WCI saga has Reverie and Zou, which were both pretty good. Dressrosa is too long and dragged out, otherwise, it could be higher than WCI and Wano sagas)
9. Thriller Bak Saga (TB is trash, but it has the greatest One Piece moment: nothing happened)
