I think it's pretty likely. His comment about offering himself to destroy another pirate crew clearly was not intended for Luffy, although Oda intentionally added that comment. Someone will take him up on that offer. I see, no other person than Kidd.

However, Kidd isn't someone that would allow someone to fight on behalf of himself...especially not vs Shanks. Kidd will free Loki, however I believe he'll ask for help to train to prepare for Shanks or ask Loki to help him vs the red haired pirates, but leave Shanks for himself.

Although, as I've said many times, Loki is a complete wildcard. I could see him fighting Luffy, Kid, Shanks etc...

I dont think loki is there to train anyone tho, but yeah very likely that kidd will atleast be the reason loki is out

I could see Kidd asking Loki for training because it seems like Loki has had experience with Shanks before. Kidd will want to learn how to fight vs Shanks. If that doesn't happen, then they'll just do a runback vs Shanks.

I'm now at Yakuza 4 (doing them by chronological order so started by Zero) I'd say that story wise Kiwami/1 is my least favorite because without spoiling it gets a bit too depressing for me lol.
