Oda has got to be the most inconsistent power scaler in all of manga. Shanks is a Yonko. Kid defeated a Yonko in 2v1. He should not be able to get one shoted by another Yonko. That basically means that Shanks could've no diffed Kaido and Big Mom but just chose not to. He left Oden's children alone to suffer for no reason.

Cap. Kidd did not defeat any yonko 2v1.

Bombs were what knocked bigmom out.

Oda deliberately had bigmom not use advanced coc so kidd and law could even survive
