Pink was nerfed too, he couldn’t dodge and had to take hits head on.

Franky won’t tag Pink with his bullets and weapons easily with Pink being on the ground and dodging and sneaking bombs on him.

Imo, its one of 2 ways Oda does it

- Offscreen (Kaido to Kid/Hawkins/Etc, BB vs Ace, Akainu vs Aokiji, now seemingly BB vs Law).
- One shot (Kaido v Luffy, Shanks v. Kid, etc).


Its a narrative technique for Oda to hide future fights and surprises that come with them. Imo, Garp being shown now as badass as he is, depending on how much is shown, actually doesnt bode well for Garp.
