Honestly its probably because his bounty and Marcos weren’t really high enough to create any new hype for them.
Oda introduced jacks bounty because it was the first billion bounty we’ve seen.

The point of the world government not carrying about the revos is also not a good argument since the revos pulled on their turf while a reverie was going on.
