Only way for goofy to not fight mihawk, will be if someone stronger than mihawk exists atm for luffy to fight. Which is not the case.
First lets get this BS idea out of the way that luffy will fight WG after he is PK.
Oda has already said multiple times that the moment SH find the One Piece treasure, the story is over and there is nothing after.
