Does Fuji have advanced coO? Yes since ge needs it on 24/7 to even replicate sight. Has he been confirmed to have FT? No. In fact FT is horrible (depending on the user) since it misses to much details (Katakuri not seeing for hours that his little sister was sniping luffy while Katakuri was fighting him even when he had future sight activated. And katakuri not seeing caesar poison him with gas is another sign of Future sight missing out details).
To add didn't sanji like 1 arc ago got tricked by black Maria? Why didn't his observation haki which he used to pin point this woman not work in terms of him knowing that they were tricking him? Why didn't it work when he was capture by them as a result?

Tbf it seems like some characters will have it as a reflex naturally, (like Koby might get.) It seems like Kat has to be actively using it and it made sense that in the cause with Ceaser he wasn't expecting any danger and thus was caught offguard or the gas was more of a one you can't see but works and Oda only drew it for us the readers to see.
