These are such fun exercises, it's kind of cathartic after how so many characters get mistreated and neglected but it's also just so much fun for exploring ideas and concepts or just shitposting ofc.

There are reasons to believe logia has awakening


1) Drum island - no snow the day when Ace appeared on the island.


2) Punk hazard - weather of the island completely changed.



Weather is part of surroundings. And, we have seen logia in actions but only these two instances exist where df abilities had impact on surroundings.


Even MF where akainu went berserk had no change in the surrounding.



Bonus - Alabasta - croc logia awakening could be the reason why there was no rain until Croc went down
