He need to take a prio, either keep doing side projects and making his health a problem, making the manga progres slower and slower or he cut all other side projects and focus on his manga and health.

The time where Oda focused on multiple projects should end. He is fucking 50 soon and that age is to old for a mangaka to have many side projects.

Opla need to the job alone without taking time from Oda and making him working harder.
Movies need to be writen by someone else.
Other side projects should be handle by Chef editor.

He should focus on his health first and second his manga.
Once he finish everything he can keep doing side projects.
One Piece is big enough as francise to survive very long even after the manga ends.
Best example is Dragonball..

I said recently there is a chance Oda gets ill or even terminally ill taking on so much, Shounen Jump really needs to let him draw 30 pages a chapter like he's wanted to this whole time.
