I can see this, since harald was saying he wanted peace. And he was making his people weak to invasion from outside. by throwing away the old ways.

- Sommaz is the user of the thorn logia (at least he can transform so my provider assumes logia)
- His power is awakened, his sword is affected by it he gived it properties of thorn flowers, it blooms and elongates with spine features (black flame is also emitted from his hand when he activates awakening)
- Usopp is using pop greens to eat Sommaz flower thorns
- Saul arrives on the scene
- At the end of the chapter we see Loki's shackles removed, Loki is smiling and a menacing aura can be felt thorugh entire Elbaph, Holy Knights and Hajrudin are shown sweating
