If that 3B was Emeperor class was the reason, I'd say Mihawk, kid and law are also emperors which they aren't.

As far as I remember only Sabo got hyped as "Emperor" alongside Luffy becoming actual Pirate Emperor

You have 4 Emperors + Sabo the flame Emperor
Oda basically paired Sabo rise with Luffy's
