You guys do realize that reshoots and promotional work are a thing, right? There's plenty of work that can be done, especially if it's not quite up to standard yet.

I can imagine him doing his hide-face interviews/promotion for several weeks. Some directors take ~2-4 weeks off for promotion while filming. James Gunn comes to mind with filming Guardians 3 and having to promote Suicide Squad/Peacemaker
