Think about it logically: if there are all of these unfinished plot points in Wano, what does that indicate? That we're going back to Wano.

Shanks and Garp got named attacks only after 1000 chapters on this Manga. Koby, who did nothing for hundreds of chapters, just got a ton of hype.
