Exactly.
And Hajrudin portrayal during DR was ass.
Hajrudin looked weak even in Dressrosa. Didn't even look ́ike the strongest grand fleet captain. Alabasta Crocodile only looks "weak" in retrospective because of shonen power inflation, but in that arc Luffy had to try 3 times to beat him extreme diff and had to recover for several days afterward.
Tbf his machvise feat is really top 5 when it comes to raw physical strength. He got potential

which is why I said oda can easily boost him by giving his adCoC since he got the raw strength to match it

> Boring luffy knuckle cracking, 'I'm gonna be PK' cliffhanger shit for the 7 billionth time now
> Whatever sumo stuff

Gosh, this manga really needs some Zoro panel time again. One Piece needs to be Made Great Again.
Because Zoro putting on his bandana saying he will be the king of hell is so much better
:choppawhat:

I think Hajrudin will end the series decently strong. But Momo had more things going on for him (Kaido fruit and Oden's body) and didn't defeat anybody, just got moments. I see Elbaf more as a build-up for Hajrudin legend than him ending the arc as top tier king of the giants (his actual dream is being the king of every giant tribe, not of Elbaf only)

Oda cares about powerscaling. If he didn't Momo would have beaten GB all alone instead of Shanks coming with his giga haki to save the day, rendering Momo speech about protecting Wano himself just before moot
If Oda cared about powerscaling as much as people believe the Strawhats all would’ve died in Egghead

Saturn couldn’t catch and kill the weak trio when he perma stunned Sanji just a few chapters prior

If Oda wants something to happen it’ll happen regardless of how little sense it makes
