All those cases were different, they didn't suddenly find out Sasuke, Obito and Nagato were evil in a brief moment. They had build up. Like it's his biggest mistake obviously, but that's part of the narrative.

(Btw, Minato didn't even know. He also had Kakashi spare Obito eventually, and Kakashi himself acknowledged how hard the third Hokage had it)
