Yeah she doesnt need to get close/punch but Luffy is brawler, and i assume he gonna defeat her here, unless its a defeat for luffy (possible, but unlikely imo). Like personally i feel like oda is uncofortable with beating the shit out of a female woman by luffy, and males in general. They are very few male vs female fight in one piece where the male wins

On the bright side, I think Sakazuki vs Luffy can happen in the next 2-3 years.

It´ll probably be the last fight before he gets recognized as a PK, while Imu and Teach lose before the end of the manga

Otherwise if this is actually an extended fight with imu and not 1 chapter flex BB FV stocks become solid gold

I´m just glad to know the guy who ran from Akainu ended up being the most important character in the manga.

Hopefully some kid Sommers beat up ends up becoming a Yonko in the future One Piece extended universe.
