IM not sure because oda is giving us an injured loki . And you all know my thought about kizaru vs luffy and the gear 5 minutes stuff . I do think luffy is broken in gear 5 but the time limit is way too short to beat anyone at admiral level for now . But if loki is lower to this level then its fair game for luffy even with shitty stamina .

Yes so based on the scenario we have for now I will say loki is stronger then luffy because he is nerfed by injuries and not luffy . If they perform similary it will be shown he is stronger making him above your average admiral but still weaker then let say kuzan and Sakazuki . But if luffy perfoorm better then loki then all 3 are admirals stren
