I wasn‘t referring to beat them, but looking DOMINATE before his time runs out, but to be frank Luffy needs one final defeat for tension.
He still doesn’t have Joyboy level of haki, nor does he know about "usage of mass haki“ and I‘m sure his fruit has some sleeves left, he isn‘t aware of
So Luffy and Loki could still be beaten and before they would be finished Imu‘s time will run out.
We don‘t even know if Loki is awakened. Maybe Loki peak now is hybrid, so Loki could awaken just like Luffy did vs Kaido.

Well, the thing is, all it takes for Luffy to go to Laugh Tale is finding the burned guy with the last Poneglyph, right? So, unless that takes time or leads to him becoming even stronger, it's not going to be a vast amount of time between Elbaf, finding Laugh Tale and the big war.
So, again, unless something between then does make him notably more powerful, I would imagine the gap of power between them is notable, but not like it was Kuzan VS Luffy at Long Ring.

I want Kidd in Emeth's Brother like Moria was piloting Oars
Kidd could use his Fruit to both add weapons like Railguns, and, if the robot is too old to properly control itself, like Emeth was, Kidd can physically manipulate their limbs using electromagnetic force. If the robot still works well, kid can also enhance its punches by using his fruit, especially his Awakening with Assign.
I'm still really interested to see if Assign can actually work with water. Like say Kidd was fighting Big Mom by a lake.
Could he magnetize her to the lake, so that she flies into it?
If he can't use Assign on bodies of water, could he magnetize an anchor underwater, and then make Big Mom fly into it underwater?
If Kidd can use his Awakening to magnetize liquids/submerged objects, he becomes a really scary fighter.

You know how Vegapunk's Baldimore Lab was blown up by Franky, and then he found the other lab that was secretly buried deeper in the ice?
On that same island, we had the Scientist dude, Dr. Tsukimi, who died during Enel's cover series due to choking while seeing something crazy on the moon happen.
To get revenge, the little robot dudes he had built take balloons up to the moon and eventually meet not only Enel, but other robots on the moon... that look exactly like they do.
So, Dr. Tsukimi was most likely working with Vegapunk on some capacity, and also explored the ancient kingdom technology buried in Baldimore's ice, in order to create Automata identical in overall structure to those found on the moon.
Ice is the best place to hide ancient technology in this series.

This tech lab is 3000 years old.
Imagine the technology that's buried under the underworld's ice, in laboratories lost to time???

I gave you some examples of how Luffy can notably become more powerful.
JoyBoy level haki, understand of ”mass haki usage“ & the real of peak of his DF.
Luffy needs to be defeated now. He can‘t be defeated at Marygeiose and then suddenly coming back as he did vs Kaido.
So Luffy taking a L now is better than later plus, Luffy is literally G5min..

Ironically he doesn‘t realize that he is feeding literally mine and Fujishiro‘s argument, about how Imu isn‘t looking menacing enough, that there is no tension, when the alleged FV isn‘t capable of beating Luffy and Loki before their final confrontation at Marygeoise (if it happens), and before both of them have reached the peaks of their capabilities.
Because we definitely know for Luffy, this ain‘t his peak.
