I believe Karoo will run on water itself to reach her, as well.

My question is, how does Vivi get here? Popular theories I have:

1. Hijacks Morgans' ship.
2. Contacts Pell via Den Den Mushi and he picks her up.
3. Vivi contacts the Revs and tells them where Morgans is, then gives Wapol and Morgans to them. Morgans becomes Revs spokeperson. Vivi needs to speak with Sabo.
4. Vivi jumps onto a random ship below to reach Elbaph (Red Force, Zunesha, Straw Hat Grand Fleet ship, etc). This could have been foreshadowed here:
