I seriously doubt they'd reveal that in the front page Haki section, it's just going to say "見聞色" and "武装色" there.
On the backpage, they might go into the specifics, and some might be Haki related. However I doubt his Phoenix Brand shockwave is Haki, it's likely his DF power, he shoots his flames as a shockwave, the same way Ace can use his flames to blow things back, pierce things, just Marco's flame doesn't burn.

for years, I have been expecting him to have 1.2 - 1.4 B and also less than 1B coz it won't shock me. In all cases, he's below Luffy in bounty.
My absolute claim has always been "He won't have 1.5 B or more" manga confirmed he has less than Luffy already.
People think this reveal destroy my claim.

You said "marco's bounty below 1b" and even consider here that bounty = strenght to put Kata above Marco. But still when it comes to King and Kata, you say he is below Kata because bounty =/ strenght.
