No, Kaido was disappointed Luffy tapped power he couldn't yet fully utilize to grow more stronger and give him more of a fight

That isn't the same as Kaido considering Luffy to be only one out of the bunch to be strong enough to be recognized

It's irrelevant what's also been confirmed is zoro used acoc to scar him which is why he freaked out and told him he's done enough and perma scarred him
Meanwhile luffy knew how to use it did nothing and got laughed at.
The fact is zoro accidentally using something that luffy knows full well how to use did more damage in one attack than luffy with multiple.

The news that KAIDO is the strongest living being in the world of ONE PIECE is something even irrational animals know.

Oda used the word 'Saikyō Seibutsu (最強 生物): which translated as The Strongest Biological Being / The Strongest Creature Among All Beings. Seibutsu includes all living things in the world, including humans. The reason why free manga sites misspell Kaido's title is because the English word "Creature" has plural meanings, but in the original scan there is no ambiguity because the word 'Seibutsu' is the one being used.

Kaido acknowledged Zoro for the first time after his strongest attack, before that he was mentioning "Enma and Oden" every single chapter Zoro did something. Kaido was the one sucking Luffy's dick the whole fight.

His only disappointment had something to do with "not being Joyboy" and the CoC coating not being perfect
