I hope Oda explain this later, their is a case, a simple wound can go away but the way how Kid speaking her is that he seriously hurt/give that Commander a scar, so Katakuri can´t be the one, so far we have Cracker(had a wound on his face),Snack or Smoothie.
But the way how Cracker speak against a supernova and how sure he was to be levels above Luffy make it me less sure that he isn´t the one who get hurt by Kid, so let assume either Snack or Smoothie?

I would have personally translated it like this:

"Now, Zoro the Pirate Hunter, can't help but get rid of the demons on the island of Demons (Onigashima) as he charges on. As one of the Worst Gen who will lead the next era, he will take on 2 of the Yonko in a violent struggle."

It's obviously not Katakuri.

The problem with Cracker is that it would bring the question on whether Kid truly injured him or not, because as we know Cracker mainly fights in his biscuit armor which can bleed jam. Cracker does have a scar on his face however we don't know how old that scar is, but who knows maybe it is possible that Kid was the one that gave him that scar.

When it comes to Smoothie, as far as we can tell she has no injuries however her right eye is always covered by her hair. Maybe her right eye is injured, and if that's the case then Kid probably fought Smoothie and injured her right eye during battle.

Then we have Snack and I feel like Snack might be the safest option, Snack seems to have a grudge against the Worst Generation as a whole. So because of that it's possible that Snack was the first line of defense when it comes to Totto Land, and if he was the first line defense that would mean he fought with all these different Supernovas like Kid and the others before finally being defeated by Urouge.
