no Big Mom isn't a df merchant. She, like Whitebeard is adCoC top tier haki user with an extremely powerful devil fruit that they understandably use in combat
i have zero clue what your point is.
why exactly doesn't Issho have CoC? Because we haven't seen him use it? We saw Katakuri and Saturn fight for an entire arc before they used it to knock out fodders/snails respectively? Because admirals don't have it? Sengoku at the peak of his power was an admiral and he certainly had it. Garp was pretty much an admiral and he has it.

- Devil fruit depletes user Stamina overtime , causes exhaustion.
Doing both of these together is like dumbest thing you can do.

As we have already known , We have seen
- Whitebeard use AdCoC once. And rest is all DF achieved.
- Bigmam uses AdCoC twice. And rest is all DF achieved.

Whitebeard uses his weapon to direct his Gura Gura no Mi powers , Law uses his Weapon to direct Ope Ope no mi Power , Fujitora uses his Weapon for his Zushi Zushi no Power.
- and this doesn't undermine Fujitora at all. Devil fruits user are overpowered. No matter how you see it. Some even comparing to AdCoC.
- Admiral fandom is starved of Feats as they don't have a fuckin yonkou saga full of feats.
- First with Aramaki Black blade , totally dismantling his Devil fruit. How many threads have you seen on Wood wood no mi? But I'm sure as hell you aramaki with black blade conversation more.
I consider Admirals strong , not even trying to demean by saying he doesn't have CoC.
We have character who are strong without CoC.

Admirals fans are trying to leech off yonkou feats to make themselves relevent. They will have their time soon but not now my dude.
And again Fujitora Not having CoC doesn't change anything. Even if he has CoC or even AdCoC he will focus on DF only. Think how characters are written.

one aspect of advcoc being established doesn't mean Oda had more than a vague idea back then. AdvCoC was only established during Roger vs Whitebeard flashback, probably a last minute decision because in a black and white manga it's ridiciously similar looking to the many kinds of CoA.

2. During Marineford where he was having heart attacks will trying to use CoC.
3. During a friendly fight with Roger where using his fruit would likely end up causing destruction and/or casualties.

the fleet admiral who's predecessor had CoC doesn't have it?
