No it’s that Akainu is a faction leader while Fujitora is a subordinate, and subordinates don’t get as high bounties as their faction leader.

First we get the confirmation that Mentally conflicted Kizaru beat the man that defeated Kaido, then we got confirmation that Akainu is PK level being the only alive char with a 5B bounty, then we got confirmation that Kuzan doesn't give a shit about Blackbeards orders and now we get confirmation that wavering Kuzan fought prime Garp and equalled his prime punching strength....everything after Oda confirmed the reliability of the VC's yet again 😂😂
