It was nice chapter, i thought i did read the original webcomic but now i believe i directly skipped to Saitama fight. I don't remember blast appearing in there at all.

Its ironic how Amai said "we need an ideal human to be a leader" and Blast real time introduction is kinda meh but it is what it is.
so he have teleport ability and seems like his power related to space thingy.
