General & Others OP Manga Sales Declining

Oda should take a note.....And should hold his horse..
I know that he love his work too much and is very passionate about it..
But honestly no one want to see Cock dick side characters , wanna be Oden and child's running around in war..
He need to keep his priority straight... Specially need to crop part which is not lifting plot and story..
As a author he might get 100 ideas but not necessary all of them r good and not all of good are required to plot..
If I was his editor , i might have cropped atleast 20 chapters worth of panels from Wano arc alone..

He would just quit if he was forced to write that way. He's an artist not a corporate drone. Look at how many bands just disband or go on hiatus because members didn't like the genre anymore
Heck, Berserk ended up on so many hiatuses purely because the author(rip) wasn't into grimdark stories anymore

Oricon weekly December 27th-Jan 3rd it was 8th, the following week it was 37th, but the volume in total still sold more than most other manga on that list save for Jujutsu Kaisen
Like you have something like new prince of tennis barely beating one piece vol 101 with 33K copies, but it only sold 33K in its first week of release, while one piece sold 1.5 million with its volume, but only 32K that week.
Hopefully that makes sense.

You have it backwards, Oda is now a corporate drone and we the fans want him to go back to being an artist. We now have Oda screaming at the top of his lungs saying "GO WATCH THE MOVIE IT HAS CANON MATERIAL". "LOOK AT NAMI"S BIG TITITES". "LOOK AT THIS SUPER DUPER NEW SECRET TECHNIQUES". That is not an artist, that is a corporate drone wanting to cash out.
