Luffy awakened in marineford, zoro in wano, nami will get it somewhere around emerald city- god valley, usopp will get it in elbaf, sanji will get it when he saves pudding.

Also yamato who will Join later.

Depends on the version. Is it the limp king of hell version, or the thick sky splitting version? If its the former, hes better off sticking to basic CoA
